Assembling a Set of Mahogany Doors

Here you can see our process for assembling exterior doors.  Rails and stiles are made of stave core material with solid resawn Mahogany faces and edges for excellent stability.  We use large floating tenons and marine grade epoxy to ensure long lasting structural joints.  Panels are prefinished before assembly so that the natural movement of the wood through the seasons does not expose unfinished areas. Once installed, we’ll post some finished photos.
